(Using Save Editor to restore/unlock missing skills will not work) PREVIOUSLY the Installer reorganized skill_item.idb, causing skills to have different values, making them missing from skill inventory. IF you are missing skills, from downloading the previous version (1.0): Unfortunately you'll need to uninstall skill mods, then delete your skill_item.idb file.
